Jerry Li

Jerry Li has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Jerry is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Gradual since January 2021. Prior to that, they founded ELC in 2016, which is a community for engineering leaders in Silicon Valley. At ELC, they organized monthly events and annual conferences to connect engineering leaders.

Before that, Jerry worked at Groupon as the Director of Engineering for Orders, Payments, and Accounting from April 2015 to October 2018. Jerry also served as the Senior Engineering Manager for Payments, where they led the development of Breadcrumb Payments, a secure and low-cost payments solution for local merchants.

In the earlier years of their career, Jerry worked at Amazon as a Software Development Manager from October 2012 to January 2013. Jerry started at Amazon as a Software Developer Engineer in June 2008 and held the position until October 2012.
