Jennifer Heffron

Jennifer Heffron has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jennifer started their career in 2003 as the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Modus Hotels. Jennifer then moved on to be the Corporate Director of Catering - Sales & Operations at Balducci's from 2007 to 2009. Jennifer joined Georgetown University Hotel & Conference Center as a Group Sales Manager from 2009 to 2011, and later worked as a Group Sales Manager for The Latham Hotel - Michelle Richard's Citronelle in 2011 and 2012. Jennifer then became the Director of Group Sales at Doubletree by Hilton Bethesda Washington DC from 2012 to 2013. Jennifer then took on the role of Global Director of Sales at Road Rebel from 2013 to 2014. Jennifer worked as a Group Sales Manager at Hilton San Diego/Del Mar from 2014 to 2015, and simultaneously held the position of Group Sales Manager - Sage Hospitality at The Logan Hotel for a brief period in 2015. Jennifer then served as the Director of Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Jennifer is working at Graduate Hotels as the Director of Sales since 2019 and recently also took on the position of Regional Director of Sales in July 2020.

Jennifer Heffron's education history includes attending Colgate University, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Jennifer later enrolled at The Culinary Institute of America, but did not complete a degree or focus on a particular area of study either.
