Toby Wiggers

Toby Wiggers has an extensive background in community building, technical expertise, and leadership. Currently serving as a Culture Champion at Graduate Hotels since July 2019, Toby focuses on fostering a positive organizational culture. Prior to this role, Toby was a Financial/Personal/Professional Development Community Builder at TDW Community Builder LLC from September 2017 to July 2019. From January 2014 to November 2016, Toby worked as a Heavy Equipment Technician at Blanchard Machinery. Toby also has significant military experience, having served in the South Carolina National Guard from December 1992 to January 2012 as a Retired SFC/E-7 AH-64 A/D Crew Chief and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Educationally, Toby holds an Associate's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology and has completed military development and leadership training.
