Pierre-Etienne Bourneuf

Pierre-Etienne Bourneuf is a member at L'Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement since April 2025. Prior to this role, Pierre-Etienne served as a scientific advisor at the United Nations Office at Geneva from October 2018 to April 2025. Pierre-Etienne holds a Doctorat in Relations et affaires internationales from the Geneva Graduate Institute, obtained in September 2012, and a Master’s degree in the same field from the same institution, achieved in September 2007. Additionally, Pierre-Etienne earned a Bachelor's degree in Sciences internationales et diplomatiques from Università degli Studi di Trieste in March 2003.
