Kyung (Chris) T. Han serves as the Senior Director and Head of Test Development & Psychometrics at the Graduate Management Admission Council® (GMAC®) since June 2008, leading initiatives to create and enhance assessment products for the graduate management education sector. Major achievements include designing the NextGen GMAT, developing GMAT Online and Executive Assessment Online, and overseeing the transition of NMAT to Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT). In addition to roles at GMAC®, Kyung (Chris) T. Han holds positions such as Technical Advisory Committee member at the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) and Chair of the Technical Advisor Committee at Reverside Insights, along with consultative roles at the World Bank and Sireci Psychometric Services. Kyung (Chris) T. Han also has experience in educational measurement as a Technical Advisor for the Korea Institute for Curriculum Evaluation and previously served as a board member and president in various educational organizations. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Psychometrics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University.
