Laura Segal

Laura Segal, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a range of experience in human resources roles. Laura is currently the Director of Human Resources at Grady Management, Inc., where they have been working since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Benefits Manager at the same company. Before joining Grady Management, Laura has worked as a Human Resources Generalist at The City of Takoma Park from 2015 to 2016 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Grady Management from 2013 to 2015. Laura also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Buchanan Partners from 2001 to 2008 and as a Human Resources Manager at Community Preservation and Development Corp. from 1999 to 2001. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Portfolio Assistant at Oxford Realty Financial Group from 1996 to 1999.

Laura Segal, PHR, SHRM-CP has a education background in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In addition, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
