Erica Mills

Erica Mills, PhD, RN, NPD-BC, serves as an Adjunct Professor at Ameritech College of Healthcare, focusing on online instruction in Nursing Statistics and course design for Introduction to Nursing and Evidence-Based Practice since August 2019. In addition, Erica is the Director of Legislation and Public Policy for the Georgia Nurses Association, contributing as a board member from 2019 to 2021. As a Manager and Magnet Program Manager at Grady Memorial Hospital since September 2013, Erica oversees various nursing initiatives. Furthermore, Erica works as a Real Estate Agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers since April 2018 and has held the position of Advanced Clinical Nurse Educator at Grady Health System. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama, obtained between 2006 and 2009, and an Associate's degree in nursing from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, completed from 2000 to 2004.
