Doug Seymour

Doug Seymour is an experienced urban planning professional currently serving as a Senior Planner at GRAEF since February 2024. Previously, Doug held the position of Director of Community Development for the City of Oak Creek from 1990 until April 2024. Earlier career roles include serving as a Planner for the City of Cape Coral, Florida, from 1987 to 1989, and as a planner for the Village of Germantown in 1989. Doug Seymour earned a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Land Use Planning (Geography) from Carroll University.
