Jim Hayes has been with GRAEF since September 1988, where Jim serves as the Commercial Market Group Manager and Principal. Jim leads the Healthcare Market team and also works as a Project Manager and Associate. With experience as a Design Engineer at Miller Engineers from 1985 to 1988, Jim is well-versed in the field. Jim holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from Marquette University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
