Ishan Jain

Ishan Jain is a Developer Experience Engineer at Grafana Labs. Ishan was previously a Site Reliability Engineer at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Site Reliability Engineer at VIMANA from August 2021 to September 2021. Ishan Jain was also a Site Reliability Engineer Intern at VIMANA from February 2021 to August 2021.

Ishan Jain has also worked as a Technology Developer Intern at STEMgem from June 2020 to August 2020 where they created the front-end of the android app using React Native expo and developed a chatbot for device users using IBM Watson to solve rudimentary issues.

From December 2019 to January 2020, Ishan Jain worked as an Information Technology Intern at Varuna Group where they created and launched web pages using HTML and CSS and researched & developed machine learning models for security issues in networking, application & data. Ishan also developed an IT Helpdesk chatbot in Python using Keras and TensorFlow with an accuracy of 94%.

Ishan Jain began their career as a Project Trainee at INMAS, Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) from December 2018 to January 2019.

They are on a team with Vesna Dean - UX Designer, Esteban Beltran - Senior Software Engineer, and Alex Weaver - Senior Software Engineer. Ishan Jain reports to Anthony Woods, CTO & Co-Founder.
