Joao Pirola

Joao Pirola is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the finance and technology sectors. As the Founder and Chief Product Officer at AmFi since February 2022, Joao drives product development aimed at innovating financing solutions for LATAM companies while providing global investors access to improved financial products. In addition, Joao co-founded Grafeno in February 2019, which has become a market leader in Brazil by delivering digital banking and regulatory infrastructure to facilitate transactions between lenders and companies. Joao's prior experience includes significant roles in venture capital and innovation consulting, notably as Dealflow Director at KPTL and as a venture capital analyst at Inseed Investimentos. Joao holds degrees in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and has furthered education in mergers and acquisitions at FGV-EAESP, alongside international studies at Arts et Métiers.
