Elizabeth Chen

Elizabeth Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and fire and rescue services. Currently serving as Vice President at Graff since 2018, Chen collaborates with senior management to formulate and execute long-term strategic plans. In addition, Chen holds multiple roles, including Examinator Vliegtuigbrandbestrijding at Instituut Fysieke Veiligheid since March 2017, and Senior Instructor Fire and Rescue Services at the Ministry of Defence since July 2014. Previous positions include Head Administration at NATO Allied Command Transformation and On Scene Commander with the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Chen's educational background includes two master's degrees in Political Economy from the University of Cambridge and numerous NATO courses focused on military and strategic leadership. Continuous professional development is evident through recent training in safety leadership.
