Melissa Rollins

Melissa Rollins is an experienced professional in the jewelry industry, currently serving as the Product and Merchandising Manager at Graff Diamonds since April 2005. In this role, Melissa leads merchandising strategy and implementation across eight stores, manages an in-house workshop, and oversees after-sales services. Prior to this position, Melissa was a Jeweler Representative at M. Fabrikant and Sons, where responsibilities included sorting diamonds, developing stone layouts, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with other divisions. Melissa holds a Gemologist Graduate (GG) and Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) degree from the Gemological Institute of America, as well as a Master of Arts in Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
