Tracy Depalmo

Tracy DePalmo's work experience includes serving as the Chief Knowledge Officer at Graff since 2019. Tracy co-founded MALCOLM BETTS LIMITED in 2018 and held the position of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Graff as the Chief Appraiser from 2017 to 2018. Tracy also worked at Jian London as a Jewelry Appraiser Assistant from 2016 to 2017.

Tracy DePalmo holds a Bachelor's degree in jewelry appraiser from the University of Birmingham, which they obtained in 2010-2013. Tracy later pursued a Master's degree in jewelry appraisal from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, from 2013-2014. In 2014-2015, Tracy completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Bath, specializing in the field of Business.
