Marie Tors has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing & Communication Manager at SellFast. From 2010 to 2011, Marie was trained in a company incubator at BGE Hauts de France. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Business development manager & Project manager at Château de la Motte Fénélon, GERPRO group / Tourism, hotel, catering, focusing on "Well-being at work and green business events". In 2011, they joined Kleo Communication as a Senior Consultant in Communication / Business Development. From 2017 to 2018, Marie held a role in Strategic partnership and Business Development at Mood Messenger. In 2019, they became a Cofounder & CEO at Graffiti. Currently, Marie is serving as the Co-présidente at Comex40 Bouches-du-Rhône since July 2022.

Marie Tors obtained a Professionalized Master's degree in Internal and External Communication of companies and organizations from Infocom - Université Lille 3, which they attended from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree followed by a Master's degree in Modern Literature at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France between 2004 and 2006. Marie Tors also attended Hypokhâgne and Khâgne, where they studied Preparatory Literary Classes from 2002 to 2004.
