Noah Koretz

Noah Koretz serves as the Director of Neighborhood Investments and Partnerships at Graffito SP since January 2024. Previously, Noah held multiple roles at MassDevelopment from April 2015 to January 2024, including Director and Deputy Director of Transformative Development, contributing to inclusive and resilient economic development in Gateway Cities as part of the inaugural class of TDI Fellows. Prior experience includes managing federal HOME funding for affordable housing with the Malden Redevelopment Authority/North Suburban HOME Consortium and practicing real estate litigation and commercial matters at Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Noah earned a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University.
