Bruno da Silva

Bruno da Silva has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Bruno started their career as a Plant Maintenance Engineer at GrafTech International in 2008, where they provided technical direction and coordination for maintenance projects. Bruno then worked as a Plant Engineering Manager, responsible for leading the local capital budgeting process and developing capital planning strategies. Bruno also held the position of Corporate Engineering Project Manager, managing capital and continuous improvement projects and developing engineering solutions. Bruno later became a Corporate Senior Engineer and a Plant Process Manager, overseeing daily production activities and managing material requirements planning. Bruno also gained experience as a Site Manager at GrafTech International / AGM USA LLC, providing local leadership and ensuring compliance with company policies. In their most recent role as a Corporate Principal Engineer at GrafTech International, Bruno managed strategic capital and continuous improvement projects for different facilities worldwide, including process equipment design and product enhancement. Overall, Bruno has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations.

Bruno da Silva obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration / Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas during the period of 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Salvador - UNIFACS from 2003 to 2007.
