Rick Clary -

Rick Clary, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at GrafTech International Ltd. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Clary was the Chief Human Resources Officer at A. Stucki Company from June 2023 to January 2025, overseeing HR functions for a 1,300-employee private equity-owned organization. Experience also includes serving as Senior HR Director for Global Operations & Supply Chain at The Lubrizol Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed HR leadership for 6,500 employees across 55 plants globally. Clary's extensive HR background at Parker Hannifin includes various leadership roles, such as HR Director for the Aerospace Group and Global HR Manager for Chomerics, managing a combined workforce of several thousand employees. Clary holds both a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Labor & Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
