Rory O'Donnell

Rory O'Donnell currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GrafTech International Ltd., a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Rory was with Covia from February 2019 to September 2024, where significant roles included Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, overseeing complex strategic initiatives including the tax-free spin-off of the Energy segment and leading tax planning during major reform. Additionally, Rory briefly acted as Interim Chief Financial Officer, directing operational restructuring and enhancing strategic focus across the organization. Rory's previous experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President, Controller at Signet from January 2014 to December 2019, where oversight of global accounting and SEC reporting functions was essential. Earlier career roles included Director of Accounting & Reporting at Cleveland-Cliffs and Director of Corporate Accounting at Ferro Corporation. Rory holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
