Customer Technical Service Director For The Americas at GrafTech International

Theo Kurela has extensive work experience in customer technical service and system technology. Theo worked at GrafTech International from 2004 to the present, where they held roles such as Customer Technical Service Director for the Americas and System Technology Specialist. In these positions, they managed technical service engineers, developed new system functionality, and supervised customer-based product trials. Theo also initiated an effort to provide customers with faster technical responses through a mobile solution. Prior to GrafTech International, Theo had previous work experience with various companies from 1986 to 2003.

Theo Kurela earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Akron in 1986. Theo later pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University, completing the program between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, Theo holds the certification of Registered Professional Engineer from The State of Ohio.
