Huong Dang

Huong Dang's work experience begins in 2011 at Capitol Pain Institute, where they worked as a Medical Billing Specialist. In this role, they managed revenue for a pain management clinic, conducted billing audits, and assisted patients with payment options and financial aid.

In 2013, Huong joined Todd C. Harris, D.D.S. as a Registered Dental Assistant. Huong'sresponsibilities included assisting with clinical procedures, diagnosing patients, and handling office administration tasks such as scheduling and billing. Huong also managed instrument sterilization and inventory.

Since 2018, Huong has been working at Graftek Imaging. Huong first served as an Application Support Specialist, providing technical support to the engineering team and clients. Huong'sduties included software installation, troubleshooting, report development, and user documentation.

Huong later transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator at Graftek Imaging. Huong managed project timelines and resource allocation, coordinated meetings, and restructured project organization. Huong also handled accounts, invoices, and documentation to expand the company's knowledge base.

Huong Dang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained several additional certifications. In 2019, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Cprime, Inc. In 2015, they received the Registered Dental Assistant certification from the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. In 2014, they obtained the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
