Carol Carroll

Carol Carroll founded Grafton Staffing, Inc. in 1989 and served as the CEO. Carol is currently involved as the Philanthropy Chairperson and President of the Fountain Hills Sister Cities organization. From 2013 to 2016, they were a member of the Board of Directors for the Fountain Hills Photography Club and from 2014 to 2016, they served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Fountain Hills Theater. Carol was also the Past President of The Entrepreneurial Exchange from 1993 to 2009.

Carol Carroll has a diverse education history. Carol attended multiple educational schools from 1970 to 2020, focusing on Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, and Human Resources. Additionally, Carol attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1969 to 1971, and Drake University from 1983 to 1985, specializing in Organizational Development. Carol completed their high school education at Lincoln High School from 1966 to 1969.
