André Salgueiro

André Salgueiro has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies and roles. André initially worked as a Human Resources Assistant at AKI Portugal from March 2008 to December 2008, where they supported the Recruitment and Selection area and managed Training Programs. André then joined Mota-Engil as a Human Resources Assistant from March 2009 to May 2010, where they were responsible for managing Training Programs and providing administrative support in accounting, tax, invoicing, and financial management.

André later became a Human Resources Consultant at Multipessoal from May 2010 to November 2012, where they developed and coordinated recruitment processes and ensured monthly recruitment objectives were met. André then joined Michael Page as a Consultant from November 2012 to October 2015, specializing in recruiting for the Engineering sector, particularly in industries like aerospace, automotive, food, and renewable energy.

After that, André worked as a Business Unit Manager at Human Profiler - Search&Recruitment from October 2015 to January 2019. André then moved on to Wyser, where they served as a Business Manager from January 2019 to December 2022. Wyser is a HR company that focuses on the development of the labor market. André then joined QiBit Portugal in January 2021 as a Business Manager, and later became the Managing Director in January 2023.

In addition to their roles at Wyser and QiBit Portugal, André also took up the position of Managing Director at Grafton Recruitment in September 2023.
