Tammy Dehaai

Tammy DeHaai currently serves as the Vice President of People Strategy at Graham Construction, a 3G Company, where responsibilities include partnering with Senior Leadership to enhance employee retention, engagement, resource planning, talent attraction, and overall company culture. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President - Chief Operating Officer - HR and Assistant Vice President - Compensation & Benefits at Principal Financial Group, along with serving on the Executive Committee as a Board Member for the Make a Wish Foundation of Iowa. Additionally, Tammy held the position of Compensation Director at Principal Financial Group earlier in tenure. Tammy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa.
