Adam Burrows

Adam Burrows is the Managing Director of Graham Engineering Limited and has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement throughout their career. Previously, they held various roles at Rolls-Royce from 2003 to 2009, culminating as the Head of Manufacturing, where they oversaw the production of Honeycomb and WCFB blades across two sites. Additionally, Adam worked as the Director of Operations at VEKA UK from 2023 to 2025 and started their career as a Toolmaker at Potterton Myson from 1993 to 1998. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems from Liverpool John Moores University and a Diploma in Operations Management from Cranfield University.
