Currently serving as VP of Revenue Cycle for Graham Healthcare Group since April 2019, James previously held roles such as Senior Director of Reimbursement and VP of Revenue Cycle at Great Lakes Caring, where responsibilities included the implementation of a collections notes system and oversight of financial operations for a $330M organization. James's background also includes leadership positions at ResCare Inc. and Premier Home Health Care Services, focusing on billing accuracy and cash collections across multi-state operations. With earlier roles in patient accounts and financial reporting at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, coupled with solid foundational experience as a controller and accountant, James combines strategic oversight with operational expertise.
