Shadia Villa

Shadia Villa has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Fossil Company, where they managed all aspects of store operations and supervised a large team. In 2005, they transitioned to Home Funds Direct as a Senior Loan Officer, generating new business for residential mortgages. Shadia then moved to AT&T in 2007 as a Sales Associate, where they recommended and sold AT&T products, with a focus on upselling and delivering exceptional customer care. In 2008, Shadia joined Kaplan University as a Senior Career Consultant, enrolling and advising students on degree programs and career goals. Shadia'smost recent position was at Graham Holdings, starting in 2013, where they were promoted to Associate Director of Operations. In this role, they led the admissions department, managed operations, developed business initiatives, and provided leadership to a large team.

Shadia Villa has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Purdue Global. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Administration, both from Kaplan University.
