Clemente Micara-Sartori currently serves as Senior Operating Partner and Head of Origination at Graham Capital Investments since January 2022, overseeing direct equity co-investments and GP-led secondaries. As President of Aspiring Enterprises Inc since August 2011, Clemente provides consultancy for entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses. Additionally, Clemente has been a Senior Operating Partner at Graham Partners since November 2006, focusing on acquisitions in the middle market manufacturing sector. Previous leadership roles include President & CEO of Siwanoy Associates, Ltd. and Co-founder & CEO of BreadVentures, Inc. Clemente’s early career included positions at Westfield Capital and Chemical Bank in private equity and M&A. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, advanced certificates from MIT Sloan, executive education at Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University, and a degree in Engineering from Universita' degli Studi di Roma.
