Michael Richmond

Michael Richmond is an experienced professional in annual giving and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Director of Annual Giving for Health Systems at Tulane University since December 2023 and as a Senior Associate Consultant at Graham-Pelton since June 2023. Prior roles include Director of Annual Giving at LSU Health Foundation New Orleans and Denison University, as well as Executive Director of Annual Giving at the University of the Pacific. Richmond has held multiple positions in various institutions, with earlier experience at the University of Maryland University College and the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where roles ranged from Development Officer to Assistant Director. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Theory and Social Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit and Association Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
