Currently serving as a Preventive Senior Performance Analyst at Graham Windham since August 2020, Genai supports program staff through data-driven strategies. Previously, Genai held roles such as Child Welfare Coordinator at Good Shepherd Services, where collaboration and data utilization were key to enhancing service delivery. Earlier experience includes Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Planning at the City of New York's Administration for Children's Services, overseeing significant change initiatives across various programs. Genai's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Physics from Colorado College.
