Konstantinos Pagkos

Konstantinos Pagkos has a diverse work experience in the field of AI and software development. Konstantinos started their career in 2020 at Apopsi Group of Companies as an AI Software Developer. In this role, they were responsible for researching and developing a Machine Learning-based solution to improve an existing Smart City Platform by acquiring and processing remote sensing data. Konstantinos also worked on image processing and enhancement of high-resolution satellite images using Python and QGIS. Additionally, they served as an Information Communication Analyst, where they automated and incorporated data analytics into corporate workflows to improve decision-making and efficiency. Konstantinos also played a key role in designing and developing a geospatial web application in collaboration with international team members, and oversaw and coordinated developers and clients in different projects. In 2023, they joined GrAI Matter Labs as an AI Software Engineer.

Konstantinos Pagkos completed their Master's degree in Big Data & Analytics at the University of Piraeus from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras, graduating in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Konstantinos has obtained several certifications in various fields. Konstantinos received certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks in TensorFlow, Introduction to TensorFlow for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing in TensorFlow from Coursera in November 2021. Konstantinos also obtained the edX Verified Certificate for Applied Deep Learning Capstone Project, Computer Vision and Image Processing Fundamentals, Deep Learning with Python and PyTorch, and PyTorch Basics for Machine Learning in November 2021 from edX. Additionally, Konstantinos completed the Custom Models, Layers, and Loss Functions with TensorFlow certification from Coursera in September 2021. Konstantinos also holds the edX Verified Certificates for Deep Learning Fundamentals with Keras, Deep Learning with Tensorflow, Deploying TinyML, Applications of TinyML, and Fundamentals of TinyML obtained between March 2021 and August 2021. Lastly, they successfully completed the TensorFlow Developer Certificate from the TensorFlow Certificate Program in December 2021.
