Sebastien Fabrie

Sebastien Fabrie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sebastien is currently working at GrAI Matter Labs as the Principal Verification Lead, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Verification Engineer at the same company from June 2019 to March 2023.

Before joining GrAI Matter Labs, Sebastien worked at NXP Semiconductors for six years. Sebastien held the position of Senior Scientist from November 2013 to June 2019, during which they also served as a Works Council member from December 2014 to December 2018.

Sebastien's professional journey began at Codec Telecom, where they started as an intern in August 2008 and later worked as a Junior Software Engineer from February 2009 to July 2009.

In 2007, Sebastien completed an internship at TRIDEC BV, gaining valuable industry experience. Prior to that, they worked as an Editor at Omroep Centraal from an unspecified start date until 2008.

During their time at NXP Semiconductors, Sebastien was involved in a graduation project concerning standard cell library tuning for variability tolerant designs. This project aimed to reduce the local variability of data-paths in digital designs by utilizing a subset of the standard cell library during synthesis.

Sebastien Fabrie obtained a VWO degree from Commanderij College between 1999 and 2005. Sebastien then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with first-class Honours from Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they attended Eindhoven University of Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Embedded Systems.
