Ian Eaves

Ian Eaves has a diverse background in the field of data science and machine learning. Ian is currently the Founder of Grai, a company that simplifies data lineage and helps users understand and test the relationships between their data across various platforms. Prior to founding Grai, Ian served as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer and Lead Data Scientist at Centene Corporation from April 2019 to June 2021. Ian was responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and leading data analysis projects. Ian also worked as a Lead Data Scientist at CiBO Technologies from May 2018 to May 2019, where they focused on utilizing data to provide valuable insights. Before that, they were a Data Scientist at Monsanto Company from February 2017 to May 2018, using their expertise to analyze and interpret data. Ian's career began as a Senior Data Scientist at Better Weekdays from May 2016 to February 2017, where they played a key role in data analysis and modeling.
