Grace Matthews

Grace Matthews is a seasoned process engineer currently serving as a Process Engineer 2 - Systems Engineer at GRAIL since April 2024. Prior to this role, Grace held several positions at Wolfspeed from June 2020 to March 2024, including Technical Manager, Product Engineer Manufacturing, and Process Engineer Sustaining. Educationally, Grace obtained a degree from North Carolina State University, where experiences included being an Undergraduate Research Assistant in both the Dickey and Tracy Groups, serving as a Materials Science and Engineering Ambassador, and mentoring within the Women In Science & Engineering program. Additional internships include a Technology Development Internship at ATI and a research assistant role at Yale University. Grace’s academic experience also includes studying at Zhejiang University in 2017.
