John Beausang

John Beausang is an accomplished bioinformatics and data science professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Associate Director at GRAIL since August 2017, John has progressed through various roles, including Staff Bioinformatics Scientist and Senior Scientist. Prior to GRAIL, John worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University from February 2015 to August 2017 and held positions as Senior Scientist at CareDx and Immumetrix, Inc. Additionally, John has notable postdoctoral experience at Stanford between September 2011 and September 2013. John Beausang holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State University, a Master of Science in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a PhD in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.
