Stephanie Demo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Stephanie started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UCLA Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics in 2018. In 2018, they also interned at Rubrik, Inc. in the Accounting and Finance department. Stephanie continued their internship at Rubrik, Inc. in 2019, but this time in the FP&A department, where they reconciled bookings and analyzed spending.
In 2019, Stephanie served as a Rivkinedu Campus Ambassador at the Rivkin Center, organizing workshops and creating social media content to educate collegiate women on breast and ovarian cancer.

In 2022, they transitioned to the role of R&D Program Manager, Oncology at Natera, where they oversaw the launch of a high-priority Oncology product and supported the IVD program by managing the project timeline.

Stephanie Demo graduated from Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton in 2016 with a High School Diploma. Stephanie then attended UCLA from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics. In 2017, Stephanie participated in a study abroad program at ACCENT Florence Study Center, focusing on Italian Studies. Additionally, in December 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
