Nir Galon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Nir currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at Grain since 2023. Prior to that, they served as VP of Product at Melio from 2020 to 2022. Before their role at Melio, they held the VP of Product position at Rewire, a neobank for migrants, from 2019 to 2020 until its acquisition by Remitly.

From 2016 to 2019, Nir Galon was the Head of Product at BlueVine, where they played a crucial role in defining the product strategy and overseeing product development across various platforms. Nir was responsible for significant growth in revenue and loans volume, as well as building the product and design organization from scratch.

Before joining BlueVine, Nir Galon worked as the Head of Mobile Product at Mint, a role they held from 2014 to 2016. Nir started their career at Check Inc. (now Mint Bills) in 2012 as a Product Lead and later became a Senior Product Manager. Nir played an instrumental role in the company's acquisition by Intuit and the significant growth of its payments business.

Nir Galon began their career at Applied Materials, where they held roles as a Product Manager and Application Engineer from 2007 to 2011.

Nir Galon has a Full time MBA with an Emphasis in Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Nir also has a B.Sc in Engineering, Mechatronics & Control program from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
