Ryan J. Letourneau has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Ryan J. is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of GRAIN Ecosystem since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Schneider Electric, where they held several roles. From May 2020 to March 2022, they served as the Finance Business Partner for Global Technology & EcoStruxure Power. Before that, they were the Head of Finance for Digital Sales & Support - Schneider Digital from October 2018 to May 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Digital Finance & IoT Program Manager for Schneider Digital from July 2017 to October 2018, and as a Finance Consolidation Controller for Schneider Digital from January 2016 to July 2017.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Ryan founded Expat Career Center LLC in May 2015. Prior to that, they held positions at Delhaize Group, where they worked as a Financial Analyst for IT Global Business Office from March 2013 to May 2015. Ryan J. also worked as an IT Business Analyst for Europe & Asia from September 2012 to February 2013 and as a Category Management & Private Label Development professional for Serbia, BH, & Montenegro from March 2012 to August 2012. Ryan started their career at Delhaize Group as a Retail Operations Trainee from September 2011 to February 2012.

Before their tenure at Delhaize Group, Ryan worked as a Consultant - Marketing Specialist at ChemArt from January 2011 to May 2011 and at Kenny Manufacturing from September 2010 to December 2010. Ryan J. also served as a Marketing Intern at Opportunity International - Nicaragua from May 2010 to September 2010.

Ryan J. Letourneau has a diverse and extensive education history. Ryan J. completed their Bachelor of Science in International Business Marketing at Bryant University from 2007 to 2011. During this time, in 2009 and 2010, Ryan also studied Spanish language, history, and business at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

In 2018, Ryan pursued further education at the Harvard Extension School, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Finance. Ryan J. then went on to earn two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. One from Brown University and the other from IE Business School, both completed between 2021 and 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan has also obtained various certifications. In 2011, they became a Certified Global Business Professional through NASBITE International. In 2015, they achieved Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification from Ideas@Work. Finally, in 2017, Ryan completed the Transforming Schneider Leadership: Level 4 Program at INSEAD.
