Melissa Edgington

Melissa Edgington possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at Grain Millers Inc. since March 2007. Prior to this role, Edgington held similar positions at RR Donnelley from 2001 to 2007 and at ACT from 1996 to 2001. Initial career experience includes serving as a Case Manager at KARR from 1992 to 1995, where responsibilities included case management for work-related injuries and the development of job descriptions for employers. Edgington began a career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, working at St. Olaf Hospital from 1991 to 1992 and at the University of Iowa Hospital from 1988 to 1991, specializing in pediatric bone marrow transplants and training nursing staff on new computer systems. Edgington holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Mount Mercy University.
