Erin Fenwick

Erin Fenwick is a Senior Property and Contract Specialist at GrainCorp since July 2023, with extensive experience in property leasing and management. Prior to this role, Erin worked at Queensland Rail from April 2012 to July 2023, holding several positions including Senior Property Leasing/Licensing Adviser, A/Team Leader Corporate Leasing, and Senior Corporate Leasing Officer, responsible for managing a diverse commercial portfolio. Earlier experience includes managing a residential portfolio of 250 properties as a Property Manager at Professionals Thornton Real Estate from April 2006 to July 2011, and an Office Administrator role at The Bremer Institute of TAFE from April 2004 to June 2006, where Erin completed a traineeship in Business Administration. Education was completed at Mount Alvernia College.
