Gary Hegarty is a seasoned professional in organisational development with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager of Organisational Development at GrainCorp since December 2019, Gary oversees comprehensive OD functions, focusing on talent attraction, development, and retention. Previously, Gary held significant positions at Equifax, including APAC Regional Head of Employee Experience and APAC Regional Head of Learning and Organisational Development, where key contributions included enhancing learning solutions and fostering inclusive cultures. Gary’s prior experience includes organizational development roles at Commonwealth Bank and Lloyds Banking Group, demonstrating a consistent track record in leadership capability development and talent management.
