Kathy Grigg

Kathy Grigg is an experienced executive with extensive leadership in finance and audit roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at GrainCorp since December 2019, Kathy also holds a similar position at Suncorp Portfolio Services Limited and the Department of Treasury & Finance, Victoria. Additionally, Kathy is the Deputy Chancellor at Deakin University and has held numerous directorships, including roles at Navy Health Ltd, Australian Pork Limited, and CoINVEST Ltd. Kathy's previous experience includes significant positions such as Finance Director at the Australian Wool Corporation/Woolmark Company. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Economics, Accounting and Finance from the University of Adelaide.
