Mike Mendonca

Mike Mendonca, CPP, PSP, currently serves as the Manager of Security and Loss Prevention at Grainger Canada, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mike worked at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. from October 2008 to April 2022, progressing through various positions including Systems Analyst in Loss Prevention Technology and Analytics, Loss Prevention Investigator in Supply Chain, and Loss Prevention Coordinator for both Supply Chain and Distribution Services. Earlier in the career, Mike was a Loss Prevention Coordinator at the Canadian Tire Dealers Association from September 2006 to September 2008. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from York University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
