Anish has been at Grainger for over 19 years and has an in-depth knowledge and considerable experience of the Grainger business. Anish is responsible for ‘creating and operating’ a market leading, customer experience and operations, and has operational responsibility for their Build to Rent communities, delivering the customer proposition and performance in line with Grainger’s ambitious growth strategy.

With over 27 years of residential investment and operations experience, Anish offers extensive and innovative insight into delivering a customer service approach and professional management on multi-tenure portfolios. Anish and the team’s efforts have been recognised through several industry awards, most recently BTR Specialist at the 2021 EG awards and Asset Manager of the Year at the 2021 RESI awards.
