Ben Taylor

In his role, Ben is responsible for directing the operational performance of Grainger’s stabilised portfolio of regulated and PRS assets as well as driving continuous improvement in customer service and operations through the Service Desk and Block team.

Ben has over 20 years Senior Investment, Property Management and Lettings experience. He joined Grainger from Allsop Letting and Management, where he spent nine years, including the role of Head of Portfolio Management, overseeing over 5,000 diverse units and blocks across England and Wales. Prior to Allsop, Ben was an Area Manager at Countrywide Residential Lettings.
