Callum Foster

Callum Foster is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Grainger PLC since May 2024, Callum oversees group finance operations, month-end reporting, technical accounting, and process changes. Prior roles include Director of Finance at Home Group from May 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities encompassed management accounts, budget setting, and financial systems innovation. Additional experience includes positions such as Head of Finance and Head of Group Finance, leading teams and managing financial planning and reporting. Previous roles at Parkdean Resorts, PwC, and City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust highlight expertise in audits and financial advisory. Educated at the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Politics and Economics, Callum is a Fellow of the ICAEW.
