Chris Fletcher has a diverse work experience in the architecture and development industry. Chris started their career in 2003 as a Graduate Architect at Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp (fjmt). In 2005, they joined Grimshaw as an Architect and worked there for six years until 2011. During this time, they gained valuable expertise in architectural design and project management. In 2011, they joined Grainger PLC as the Director of Direct Development and continues to hold this position.

Chris Fletcher has a strong educational background in architecture. Chris attended Sevenoaks School from 1994 to 1999 for their primary education. Chris then went on to the University of Nottingham, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) degree from 1999 to 2002. Chris continued their studies at the same university and completed their Diploma in Architecture (RIBA Part II) from 2003 to 2005. Chris further pursued their education at the University of Nottingham and obtained a Master of Architecture in Professional Practice and Management [RIBA Part III] from 2005 to 2006.
