Fiona McDonald

Fiona McDonald is an experienced professional in the field of onboarding and operations, currently serving as the Head of Onboarding at Grainger PLC since November 2020, following roles as Senior Onboarding Manager and Onboarding Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Mobilisation Manager and Operations Manager at Student Roost from November 2017 to November 2020, and Operations, Letting & Marketing Manager at ARDMUIR STUDENT DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED from November 2013 to November 2017. Fiona began a career in marketing as a Marketing & PR Intern at The Story for a brief period in early 2012, working with clients such as Innocent Smoothie, Diageo, Sipsmith, and Little Dish. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honours in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising & Communication from Robert Gordon University and an HND in Public Relations, Advertising & Applied Communication from North East Scotland College.
