Heather R. is a seasoned social housing leader with over 10 years of experience in both local authority and registered provider sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Grainger Trust, a subsidiary of Grainger PLC, they focus on providing affordable homes to key workers and those in need while enhancing service delivery amidst increased regulatory oversight. Previously, Heather held the position of Operations Director at Willow Tree Housing Partnership, managing operational excellence for approximately 1,500 homes, and has also contributed significantly to organizations such as Waverley Borough Council and Surrey Police.
