Jack Wellings

Jack Wellings is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Lettings Manager at Grainger PLC since April 2021, Jack has held several positions including Senior Lettings Negotiator and Lettings Negotiator. Prior to this, Jack worked at X1 Sales & Lettings as a Lettings Negotiator and held roles as Site Technician/Site Supervisor at Hays, where responsibilities included working on a significant renovation project at Cronulla Beach Surf Club. Additionally, Jack gained experience as a Construction Labourer with Fast Labour Hire Melbourne Pty Ltd and Workforce Extensions North Sydney, contributing to various commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects in Sydney. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies from Leeds Beckett University, obtained after attending The Manchester College.
